Using every form of visual arts imaginable, as well as music, poetry, movement, and more, our sessions help individuals process their loss through emotional expression, storytelling, remembrance and personal insight that can’t always be accessed through talking alone.

Individual therapy and creative mentorship for anyone who finds themselves in a place of transition following a loss - be it a death, relationship rupture, change in health, career or life stage transition. Creative practices and processing techniques are adapted to fit the virtual format.

Through compassionate companionship and creative exploration, I help folks explore their relationship with mortality, preserve their life stories through meaningful legacy projects, and create ritual around their end of life journey.

Making art in community can be deeply healing - no experience required! Our groups and workshops bring together folks across many areas of difference to explore their shared experiences of grief and other complexities of being human.

I contract with schools, businesses, and community organizations to provide support groups, workshops and trainings. These events provide a space to process a loss or traumatic event close to the community, provide relief from symptoms of burnout, or education around grief and preparing for death.

I provide consultation and enjoy collaborating with mental health professionals, educators, healers and creatives who are interested in using the arts to support people and communities who are navigating trauma or loss, both personal and collective.
